To better communicate our membership fee, we have replaced our 30-day free trial with the 30-day risk-free period of membership for our annual members. We make it easy to decide if a Metropolitan Market membership is right for you. We allow you to try the annual membership risk-free for 30 days, meaning you can get a full refund on the annual membership fee if you cancel within 30 days of signing up.
When you sign up for Metropolitan Market, you will choose between a monthly or annual membership, during this process, we communicate that only the annual membership option allows for a 30-day risk-free period.
If you decide that Metropolitan Market is not for you, you can contact our Member Services team within 30 days of starting your membership to get a full refund on your annual fee. If you don’t make your membership fee back in savings by the end of the year, we’ll automatically give you the difference in Metropolitan Market credit after you renew.
For monthly members, our Member Services team will cancel your upcoming renewal. Future charges can be canceled anytime prior to your billing date.
